Want to improve your ability to hit velocity? Gig Harbor Baseball Academy is a offering velocity hitting training program led by former pro, and current NW regional scout for the Tampa Bay Rays, James Bonnici. Neech also coaches the Narrows 18U Elite team during the summer. The velocity training program will consist of 4 sessions across the following age groups:

Little League/Beginner: Sundays on May 21, June 4, June 11, and June 18 (6:00-7:00 PM)

Grades 5-6: Mondays on May 22, June 5, June 12, and June 19 (7:30-8:30 PM)

Grades 7-9: Sundays on May 21, June 4, June 11, and June 18 (7:15-8:15 PM)

Grades 10-12: Mondays on May 22, June 5, June 12, and June 19 (8:45-9:45 PM)
